Hi, my name is Susie Lyle. I’m from Durango, CO. People often describe me as kind, wise and organized. I have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren who I adore! I love having long moments of solitude to read, journal, meditate, spend time with God, and study His Word.  I enjoy staying fit by going to the gym, taking walks and practicing yoga. I'm always looking for new recipes to try because I love to cook for myself and for others. When I’m not working, you can find me hiking, spending time in, on, or near the river, or hanging out with my grandkids.

Before coming to Transparent Financial, I had spent my career working with children and young families. The culture of Transparent Financial aligns with my core values of loving God, loving others and serving.  Joining this company was an easy decision because I had confidence in its leadership, knowing that integrity and service were at the heart of the culture. I love knowing that what I do is about helping others and putting them in a better spot! It's also great to work with people who don't take themselves too seriously.  We work hard but we make sure fun is part of the day to day. 

Two things on my bucket list are:

1. Spend the night in a Treehouse

2. Live in another country to learn their language, cook their food and eat it!
