Hi, I'm Brian. I currently live in Lubbock, Texas. My goals are to seek first to understand, then to be understood. Prior to coming to Involve, I was a teacher. I taught middle school and high school band. Coming to Involve gave me the opportunity to prove my worth, allowed flexibility in my life and I still  get to provide service to my community. It has also given me a real sense of impact. The opportunity to serve others in peace of mind with emergencies is a great thing to see as well as assisting clients with claims and providing for their families. 

When I’m not working you can find me camping with the family, building lego sets with the kids, or playing saxophone at jazz and musical gigs. The support and recognition is outstanding with this group. It’s a rare thing to find a career that values the whole employee, and the accountability from my leadership is not only about my work numbers, we also keep each other accountable to taking care of ourselves and our family. Involve Financial has shown me that my value is already in me, I just need to work on myself to let it be seen.
