Hi, my name is Sunaye Allen. I am a proud wife and mother of three teenagers and two adorable dogs. I love boating at Lake Cumberland and playing tennis. I spend much of my time with family and volunteering with a local non-profit where I administer an eCommerce effort. I am passionate about everything I do and love to spend time with friends and family dining out or just hanging out. I enjoy meeting new people and creating new relationships.

Prior to this opportunity with Globe Life Family Heritage Division (FHD) I was volunteering many hours, running my household, playing a ton of tennis and taking a break from the corporate world. For many years I spent my professional hours in banking and insurance, much of which was in IT. I was fortunate to work in Boston for a startup company and here in Cincinnati at a large banking institution where I worked with amazing colleagues and made lifelong friends.

This role came to me at the perfect time in my life. I was ready to get back into the professional world and wanted to work with people and a company where I felt my work made a difference. Calling on potential applicants for the sales positions allows me to not only help candidates get into a meaningful career, but exposes me to amazing people. I love the flexibility and the mentality the sales and hiring teams have regarding working hard and playing hard. At this point in my life it just makes sense to work with people that are supportive, positive and motivating.

Working here has also helped me to really understand how everyone is able to bring something different to the table and identify unique qualities within people.  It has allowed me to transition back into a professional life and feel excited about it! As a former career woman I missed that segment of my life.  The ongoing support of our team gives me the confidence to keep getting better at the role and reaching for new goals.
