Hello, my name is Lindsay. I live 45 mins west of Minneapolis with my husband, Mark, our smiley daughters, Avery and Shae, and our adorable pets Max & Nova. I have been a licensed agent with Globe Life - FHD since August 2014. In November of 2020 I started to transition into an administrative role within Transparent Financial and two other FHD Agencies. Although my role has changed, I am still actively serving my current clients and business accounts throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. 

Before Globe Life - FHD I was a sales rep and leadership coach for a direct sales company that gave college students the opportunity to run their own business during the summer selling educational materials. 

I continue to work with Transparent for two reasons. One, Justin Ellingson, our Agency Owner, makes it pretty easy to stay. Throughout these bios you’ll see a constant theme - people enjoy working here for “the people & the culture”. Justin has a lot to do with this. He is generous, understanding, a true leader - meaning he never asks us to do something he is unwilling to do himself, he's optimistic, and has a heart for God. Those are exactly the type of people he has attracted to Transparent Financial & who wouldn't want to work for and with people like that?? 

Two, I love helping my clients and helping them in their time of need. The longer I'm here the more impressed I am with our products and our claims department. I have seen large claims be paid out within DAYS of the incident. It's a great feeling to know that the people I'm protecting will be thoroughly taken care of. 

When I’m not working you can find me being goofy with my closest family and friends, working out in our basement, or at a local brewery enjoying the simple things in life.
