Hi, I’m Jennifer Ayers. Two years ago, my husband of 15 years, our three kids, 2 dogs and cat embarked on a new journey to Tennessee. We are originally from California. My family is my world and my dogs are my babies too!

Before becoming a Hiring Coordinator with Transparent I was a stay at home mom for many years, while also being president of a few PTA’s. I worked part time running a party rental business and before that I owned my own business.

I chose a career here because I was drawn to the flexibility and autonomy. After being here for a couple of years I’ve enjoyed the family centric atmosphere.

When I’m not working you can find me a the baseball field watching my son or being a taxi driver for my kids.
