Hi, my name is Kurt. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Vicky, for 30 years. We are extremely proud of our 2 children Kurtis and Kirsti. We currently have 2 Shih Tzus. Biscuit and Scamp. We are avid board game players and collectors. We love spending time with family and friends.
Before coming to Globe Life - FHD, I graduated from culinary school and was a chef for my first career. After that, I then spent about 26 years in the car business, most of that as a Sales Manager/Trainer/Store Manager with CarMax. I decided it was time to change careers mainly because I was tired of the car business. Outside of CarMax, I did not like having to do the right thing for myself rather than for the customer. The hours were very long and my income was often dictated by others. I wanted to do something that made a difference. I found a place where I could give back while building residual income and wealth for our family's future. I found that with Family Heritage.
Through the amazing culture here, I have grown so much personally as well as professionally. I have started to renew my faith. This career has made me better at so many things. To list a few... putting others first, overcoming challenges, having a bigger purpose, getting more disciplined, setting goals, breaking belief barriers, better self awareness, confidence and grace. I am also earning income that is only self limiting while building a better future for my family. I love the amazing culture here. Everyone is so positive and driven with a "will succeed" mentality. I like having the ability to help others while helping myself and family.
