Hi, I’m Chad. I am from Hindman, Kentucky and started with FHD in August of 2019. I work primarily in eastern and central Kentucky. Before working here I worked as a CNA in hospice and several clinics where I provided care for patients and families. I love being able to help families. I enjoy being there at a critical time in someone’s life and helping them along their battle and recovery is my passion. I also enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with this career. When I’m not working you can find me fishing, hiking, watching sports, or spending time with family and friends.
The three words that best describe me are: service - minded, courageous, and caring.
